Yes, almost $200 off.

I actually got him at TRU for $99 before Christmas, so it's only a dollar cheaper, but thanks for the heads up!

I would think that the batteries for the thing have made up the difference (tho I would seriously hope it's got an LI rechargeable sucker in there, otherwise the thing screams 12 D cells and a few dozen AA and AAAs)
