Gotham National Bank Open House

This tuesday, December 26th, the Gotham National Bank will be holding their annual Christmas Customer Appreciation Open House. As it is a Bank Holiday, the normal hustle and bustle of currency exchange will be replaced by mirth and merriment.

All are welcome, and bank president Gregor Flantdig promises "An explosion of festivities".

The bank is hoping to make up for last years open house, where the gleeful throng of merry makers was gassed into unconsciousness as a precursor to a successful robbery attempt by the nefarious villain known as The Joker, but Flantdig said they have put measures in place to insure that the unfortunate occurence is not repeated "Bruce Wayne will be our Master of Ceremonies this year, and I've heard he took Karate or something, so I would be shocked if anyone would be so foolhardy as to think they could succeed with such a plot"

Doors open at noon, with things expected to wrap up around 6 PM.

Newsbot didn't even seem that excited about the Open House. Does this mean the Open House isn't that exciting or Newsbot has just given up on life?

I think newsbot is just going for a "post modern" feel, whatever the fuck that term means to anyone
