I agree - the updated paint on the OTC Gammorean truly shows off this masterful sculpt.
Good on you, RII. What are you going to do with all that new-found space? I got a road hockey net for Christmas, it's been down in my basement ever since for times when only snapshots to the top shelf can relieve my stress!

Y'know what's laughable?
There's a rumor about an Ultimate BattlePack that has seven reshashed figures and a Funeral Pyre Vader. Possibly an accessory of some sort.
People are actually saying that a $50 set to get one fucking figure is a good deal?
I give up. We can't send a message to Hasbro to stop this shit if everyone keeps bending over and saying, "Oh, I think you missed a spot when you were spraying your man-sauce on the inside of my colon."

Look on the bright side, Chux. I strongly suspect that Funeral Pyre Vader will make a Legends collection down the road if the set isn't widely available and/or is a shitty set. Everyone wants that figure, they're not going to NOT milk him for all he's worth.

A "good" deal? That's fucking sad. I mean I'll get the fucker but it's still sad.

I may pick it up, depending on the other figures in the set. A Funeral Pyre Vader would be the last possible Vader I'd ever buy. We know the Spirit Anakin with Sebastian Shaw's head is a retooling of the TAC figure. Maybe the Spirit Yoda and Obi-Wan will be redone with soft goods, and if that's the case, there's four figures that I want. Five counting the Sullustan. I don't think it'll be $50, though. There aren't any vehicles included. Why did they include Han, Chewie and the Sullustan in the set, though?

Its a fucking RUMOR. This is why I hate rumors, look what is doing to poor Nark. He cant even eat his Oatmeal right now he is so pissed. Dont believe anything that comes from RS, if it was GH and the Swami, 50% believable.

I'm not pissed at Hasbro, I'm pissed at stupid fanboys who think $50 for a Funeral Pyre Vader is a good idea.

I dunno KH, RS has been spot-on for a few years now.
It's of course not a great deal, but I want most of the other figures in the set, too, and they probably wouldn't release him otherwise given the size of the pyre (which will likely be scaled down anyway). I'll even take the Han and Chewie since I'm a diorama builder (or, would be if I had the goddamn shelves) and they will be going in that scene anyway.
