I haven't seen any behind-the-scenes stuff on it, but I know (at least most of) those lines did not occur during the series. Which means they must've gotten them to record all new stuff. Pretty cool how there happened to be a scene of a football field caving into the ground from one of the Scarecrow eps, eh?

Only drawback is, though he sounds more like he's described as talking in the Knightfall novelization (an unassuming, almost musical voice that doesn't sound like it belongs to him), TAS Bane sounds a bit odd saying he's Gotham's reckoning here.

It really does fucking suck, albeit in a "this really fucking sucks SO BAD that I almost have to verify with someone else how much it fucking sucks." And I can't express how uber-pompous the disclaimer at the beginning is.)
