Carl's Jr has always beaten around the bush. The commercial they want to air is Carmen Electra, totally naked, being boned by Ron Jeremy while she eats out Jenna Jameson. Before the commercial ends, she comes loudly, then says, "That was almost as good as a Famous Star with cheese!"

Doesn't that change every 30 seconds? I can only assume you were talking about that damn Rick Astley video again.

I thought it was mighty clever of them to link all of their featured videos to the RickRoll for April Fool's Day.Rollo Tomassi wrote:Antropov wrote: Doesn't that change every 30 seconds? I can only assume you were talking about that damn Rick Astley video again.

We should strive to make this the most viewed clip in the history of the internet, so that life imitates art.

My friend sent me the actual Samwell version and not knowing what it was, I opened in front of a bunch of my supervisors and Producers....
Yeah.

Re: YouTube Gems
It's fucking ridiculous that these megaconglomerates stomp on people posting very small portions of shows that would serve as free advertising for them if they weren't so goddamned anal.
There is a difference between copyright infringement and hype. A one minute clip of a TV show is hardly illegal copying of the episode.
It was Butter singing "What What (In My Asshole)" from Wednesday's South Park. On the show, this became a huge hit online, netting the boys millions of theoretical dollars.

Re: YouTube Gems
I thought them going to the roomful of internet stars was kind of stupid. The fight was all well and good, but much of it felt like the kind of random humor and pop culture references they blasted Family Guy for (and they even had another Family Guy joke in the episode!)
Also, it's ironic that a clip from an episode talking about the fact that internet money is still completely theoretical has been taken down . . .

Shit. I can't think of a good signature.
