Finally managed to get Herme Odle on Thursday.

They also had General G. and Darth Raven. The Pre-cyborg GG wasn't a bad looking design (for an EU figure).

Still haven't seen Torture Rack Han or the Ewok wave. Don't really care about the Han. I'll probably get the Ewoks, A-Wing pilot, and possibly the R2.

Han actually looks pretty good if you leave him in the rack. Take him out, though, and he's shittier than Turdeto's nastiest scheme to conquer the asses of America.

Well, since I'm slowing down the SW collecting, I figure it would be a good one to skip because it is a rather short scene. I even told my wife not to get me the Y-Wing.

I guess I have to decide if it is worth getting the Endor R2 for the net and stretcher. Any opinions?

BTW, just opened Herme Odle. He's better than I expected.

Correction to my last post: it wasn't Darth Raven, it was Malak.

I've passed on the Y-Wing and the 181st Interceptor. It was a bit painful. But, goddammit, I can't spend $70 for three figures and two vehicles I know I won't be able to display.

And, double goddammit, they're exclusive to the one store that will never put them on clearance anywhere in the nation. I can probably still get you guys some frigging Battlefield Earth figures, if you're willing to pay full price for them.

HE NOTICED. HE'S BEEN WONDERING WHEN YOU'RE GOING TO WORK UP THE COURAGE TO WALK OVER AND ASK HIM OUT.

What did you think of the R2? Is he worth it? You mentioned the smell of the net. I still say the blue carded Royal Guard was stinkiest figure I've ever opened. It was like someone mixed skunk some used gym socks.

I saw R2 and Tycho yesterday at TRU. I passed. If I were getting anything else, I would've gotten at least Tycho. But, for all the praise he's garnering, he really looks like ass.

Saw a Padme today. Weird that I keep finding dregs, and it's all different figures. Padme was an incredible likeness... of Christopher Lambert.

I have the R2 displayed on the stretcher, he's fine. The net is big, but comes with no string or anything to hang it properly.

I like the torture rack better, but the net/spit combo isn't too bad. All in all, it's almost worth the money.

I broke down and bought the ARC-170 Battlepack. I was on the fence, and figured easier to take it back than to miss it. The droid is nice, but now I'm wondering if he's worth $20, especially with all the other shit I'm passing on lately.

The other Battlepacks blew. And I'm not dropping $35 for another ARC-170 to keep boxed.

I saw the TIE Bomber for the first time...ever. I suppose $25 isn't bad, but I can't believe they included the POTF2 TIE Pilot. Wait, it's Hasbro. Nevermind. And I finally saw the GH Jabba set. The kids might get that for Christmas. They also had the X-Wing pack. We got it the first time it was out.

I'm sort of suprised how many battlepacks are out now. Hoth, Endor, some Clones on little walker thingies, plus the usual shelf warming sets.
