I found the new WalMart exclusive Cap and Thor 6" figures. I got Loki and Movie Cap. I skipped on WWII Cap, Movie Nick Fury, Movie Thor, and Lord of Asgard Thor. Mostly because they were redecos of previously released figures. But the LoA Thor looks good so maybe I'll get him and Movie Thor down the road.

I found this link on Hisstank. It shows some vehicles for the Avengers movie. It says there is a Helicarrier that is 3 feet long.

Oh, shit, if those wind up at Ross, I'm getting them all and repainting them.
Can you say "that bizarre flying Cobra fortress from the opening of Season 2 of the original show that never actually appeared in the show itself"?

The MU Professor X re-uses the San Diego Comic-Con James McCullen mold.
Methinks I might have to buy at least one of them for that. The head might look cool on another body, too.

I saw that on hisstank yesterday. I might get one myself, and maybe a Black Widow from the Avengers, too.

Went looking for the Joes who are showing up at Marshalls and found some Thor samurai dude named Hogun on clearance. (Why? Did they think the name sounded Japanese or something?) He looks like he's going to make a damned fine Budo. I don't even like Budo that much, but this figure is begging to become Budo, so I'll have him.

That's Hogun the Grim, foo. Along with Fandral the Dashing and Volstagg the Voluminous, he's part of the Warriors Three. They've been supporting players since Lee and Kirby were on the book.

Yeah, I just don't recall him being a samurai. Maybe he was, and my limited Thor knowledge lacked that bit of info.
Seriously, some paint, maybe a few swapped out parts, and some of the bazillions of extra ninja weapons I have lying around, and this motherfucker is totally Budo.

I will concede Movie Hogun looks different from Comic Hogun, who had more of a 'Ghengis Khan dressed like an Eskimo' vibe.
At least one version of Budo was banging Jinx. So he's not a total tool.

Someone did re-paint that figure into Budo on Hisstank, but now I can't find the link.

Ever see this Thor figure?
Tell me doesn't look like he has a serious case of down syndrome.
Sorry about the ginormous blurry cell phone pic.

I have seen it.
If it makes everyone feel better, it's not the one I got at a BOGO sale to make a custom mabs.
BTW, Budo's first appearance was kinda cool, with the boot camp. I noticed Hama dropped him like a turd and never tried to explain how there was a samurai in a world where he tried to keep the ninja shit as realistic as possible (meaning all samurai should've been outlawed in 1868).

Today I saw a Jubilee figure at Walmart. There was another female figure there too, but now I can't remember her name. Psyloche maybe? The back of the Jubilee figure had a picture of Professor X, but I didn't see him on the shelf.

If you find Professor X, I want one. He's insanely impossible to find, but is a retooled Comic-Con Destro, of all things.
