Just speculating, but maybe they're going to finish off the Bounty Hunters in the next 2 waves of VOTC stuff (imagine Mebs' chagrine if you start hacking on a VOTC Dengar.....).
Oh, and for my own thoughts on the Saga Collection - I'm sick of clones. I just recently got both waves 8 and 9 in the mail (8 last month, 9 today), and I opened all the other types of figures first. They've got nearly half the stands stamped with the name on the wrong movie.
The camo repaint of the VOTC Biker Scout is an abomination - the brown looks purple, and the camo design is AWFUL.
The only good news is that I now need only 5 more figures from this year, AND I finally got a red mini of Dooku to finally complete my red holo set.

Last weekend I got the Imperial R5, so I only want 3 more from the current line. The purple R2, Grey R4, and the praying mantis thing (kitak or whatever its name is).
I saw the repackaged TAC TIE fighter at Target today. I'll probably get it because it is $20 and looks like the Vintage ship.
We also saw the Dagobah battle pack at WM today. It is a nice set, but it isn't anything I need. The only battle I'm going to get is the Tantive IV for the Stormtroopers and Rebels. They are worth the $20. Screw the Vader.

The more I think about that fucked-up Darth Vader, the more it pisses me off that Hasbro made a figure--and a surprisingly good-looking one at that--of such a fucking moronic concept, and there are still a fucking sailbarge-load of things we actually want.
This is like some shit Snigtad would come up with.

Based on the pics, I think it's too small for a Maul to fit in, even if he was laying down.
Also, it has this weird transforming action feature of some sort.
