yeah, i must be fattening up for hibernation or something like that, because i'm getting a lot bigger than i want to be. i feel like my wife and i are carrying twins - one each!

I reached my "No Fuckin' Way" limit of 200. So i started doing crunches and walking more regularly ( haven't got up enough psyche to actually jog yet) and eating SLIGHTLY less. I've dropped 10 lbs in three weeks.
My goal this time is to get hot and get fucked. 600 days is too long.

Thats fuckin sick and twisted. For some reason I saw pedophile when I saw that Ronald.
I do believe it was Willard Scott.
Oh and EP, I have dropped 20 lbs in the last 2 months. Keep going guy.

Once you cut McDonalds out of your diet, the pounds come off. I'm hovoring around 190, but i can definitely feel my midsection getting back to "not a balloon" I looked fucking pregnant before.

I've taken another (extended) break from the weight loss plan - no jogging now for about 3 weeks. Piss me off, I need to get back going on that. I was down nearly 10 pounds, but I'm too scared to weigh myself - I'm sure it's all back.

Jogging is hard on the knees and dismotivates me ( that's a new word, I think). I've been going for a lot of walks with my roomate on the weekend.

Yeah, cheaper too. But only if the bread is fresh. I've left there with my lips bleeding from the razor like bread crust shell.
