Customer service for National Rental Car and DirecTV are both outsourced to India. I'd rather let Kidhuman drop a bowling ball on my nads than call either of them again.

other than paying less money for the work, the only relatively useful reason i can think of is to be able to have 24 hour availability without having to have graveyard shifts in america. of course, that would mean they have ANY shift in america, and thus, it's probably only for the money.anarky wrote:I still really can't figure out why a company would send its customer service to another country.
